1. Who we are

This store is operated by yocobe International Limited (尤克比國際有限公司), a Limited company (body corporate) registered in Hong Kong. Company registration number: 79665851, the Companies Registry of Hong Kong. Business Registration number: 79665851-000-01-26-9, valid until 21 January 2027. Registered address: Room A5, 7/F, Astoria Building, No. 34 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: written briefings, workflow packages and agent builds. Nothing we sell is a physical good and nothing is shipped to a postal address.

Each product page states what the product contains. Where a price is shown on a page that cannot be purchased, that price is a preview, not an offer we can accept.

• —Delivery is digital: your download link appears on your order page as soon as the payment is confirmed. Keep the page address private — it identifies your purchase.
• —Nothing here is a subscription. We do not run memberships and we do not bill you monthly.
• —A briefing reflects the information available when it was published. It is not investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Orders and payment

When checkout is open, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number; the payment page is hosted by the provider.

Prices are shown in the currency of the region you browse in. The same product may show different local prices in different regions — that is intended regional pricing, and the price shown at checkout is the price for your order.

An order is accepted when the payment is confirmed and the confirmation is shown to you at checkout and on your order page. If a payment is taken and no order can be created, we refund it in full.

4. Delivery

Digital delivery happens on your order page, usually within seconds of a confirmed payment: open the confirmation page or your account's order history and download the files. If a download does not work, contact us within 24 hours and we fix it, re-issue access, or refund the order.

The download link is personal and short-lived: it expires within minutes, and you can issue a fresh one from your order page at any time. Keep it private — it identifies your purchase.

We are not responsible for a delay caused by a checkout you did not finish completing, or by a link you shared outside your own use. Tell us and we re-issue access to the order.

5. Cancellation and the 14-day withdrawal right

Whether or not the law of your country requires it, we give every consumer a 14-day right to withdraw from an order without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days of the order and we refund the payment.

Digital content is the exception to that promise. When you buy digital content you ask for delivery to start immediately, and you confirm that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. You give that consent at checkout when you accept these terms, before payment is taken; without it, the order cannot be completed as instant delivery and you keep the full 14 days.

If that consent was not given, or delivery has not started, the 14 days apply in full: tell us and we refund the payment.

Nothing in these terms limits or replaces rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are described on the refunds page, which forms part of these terms: when we refund, how the money is returned, and what happens to your delivery link afterwards.

7. Licence and acceptable use

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered material in your own work.

You may not resell it, redistribute it as a product, publish it in bulk, or share your download link. A template or workflow may be adapted for your own use, but the adapted version may not be resold as a competing product.

8. Changes to the service and to these terms

Products and prices may change. A change never applies retroactively to an order you have already paid for.

If these terms change, the version date at the top of this page changes with them. For any purchase, the terms that apply are the ones published when you ordered.

9. Liability

We deliver the material described on the product page. We do not promise a particular outcome — no trading result, no revenue figure, no business result — and we do not promise that a briefing is complete, current, or suitable for a specific decision.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Intent, gross negligence, and anything that cannot be limited under mandatory law are excluded from that limitation.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Contact us before any formal dispute. Most issues are resolved by a re-send or a refund.
